As the day slowly comes to an end and the peaks of the Dolomites glow in the fading light, a very special ritual starts at the Alma Alpina Lodge: this is dinner time. No buffet, no noise, no waiting – just relaxed enjoyment, served with that personal touch in an exclusive and stylish ambience.

If you come near the kitchen at the Alma Alpina Lodge you will already smell it: our kitchen team conjures up delicacies from the best, often regional ingredients, and brought to your table in the evening. With years of experience in award-winning cuisine and, above all, passion and creativity, our chef Günther gives every dish that masterly touch! Choose à la carte from a simple menu of dishes that changes daily – always freshly prepared and served with love. If you like, you can treat yourself to the speciality menu (for an additional charge). Our kitchen is closed on Thursday evening – that’s why we encourage you to enjoy yourself out and about – we know where it tastes best!
