Evening menu - the finest culinary delights à la carte
Instead of a half-board buffet, we offer you an exclusive dinner experience in the evening - directly at your table, with personalised service and attention to detail. In an elegant atmosphere, you can enjoy a varied selection with a daily changing menu:

• 5-6 cold starters.
• 4 soups.
• 5-6 hot starters.
• 5-6 main courses.
• 4-5 sophisticated desserts.

All dishes are freshly prepared à la minute - salads are also served in style at the table. A selection of specialities is also available, which can be ordered for an additional charge.

Diet cuisine | Focus on the essentials
Our breakfast selection and the à la carte evening menu as part of the half-board package offer a variety of dishes, including options for guests with special dietary requirements. We cook fresh, with care - and pay attention to what is important to you.

• We are happy to prepare lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan dishes on request.
• Please let us know before you arrive so that we can prepare accordingly.
• We cater for allergies and intolerances as far as possible.
• At lunchtime and in the evening, you also have the option of choosing from our extended restaurant menu (for an additional charge).

We also serve a fine selection of light, freshly prepared dishes at lunchtime in our hotel restaurant.
