Price validity
Our prices are per person per day and include gourmet half-board with a gourmet breakfast and à la carte evening menu for a minimum stay of 5 nights, including the Alma Alpina inclusive services and the South Tyrol Guest Pass. The local tax (visitor's tax) is charged separately.

Visitor's Tax | Local Tax
In South Tyrol, a visitor's tax is levied; this currently amounts to € 3.70 per person (aged 14 and over) per day and is charged separately. As a guest of the Alma Alpina Lodge, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which entitles you to use all public buses and regional trains throughout South Tyrol free of charge.

Surcharges for short stays
For stays of 3 or 4 nights, we charge a surcharge of € 5 per person per night.
For stays of 1 or 2 nights, we charge a surcharge of € 11 per person per night.

Third and fourth person in extra bed
For the accommodation of a third and fourth person, we grant a discount of 25% each; they have comfortable sleeping arrangements on extra beds.

Suite for single occupancy
For single occupancy of a suite, we charge the price for double occupancy less a 10 percent discount.

Wellness comfort
A wellness bag with sauna towels and a bathrobe per person will be provided in your room for your stay. Each additional bathrobe requested will be charged at € 7.

Bed and Breakfast
For a booked stay with bed and breakfast, € 18 per person per day will be deducted from the half-board price.

Reservation | Deposit
For a binding reservation, we require written confirmation and a deposit of 30% of the booking value via bank transfer or credit card.

Important: We can only finalize your reservation once we have received your deposit. Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, and the deposit will be refunded in full.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you protect yourself against financial burdens in the event of travel cancellation for various reasons (e.g., illness in the family, accidents, prohibition by the employer) and take out inexpensive travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance through us.

Here you will find all the necessary information and the possibility to take out travel insurance directly and easily.

Adults Only
Pure relaxation, undisturbed enjoyment, soothing peace – we want to offer you all-round well-being. Therefore, guests aged 14 and over are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Travel cancellation | Later arrival | Earlier departure | No Show. You are looking forward to your vacation, but what if something comes up and you cannot start your vacation, arrive later, or have to leave earlier? Unless otherwise agreed (travel cancellation insurance), the cancellation costs will be charged as follows:

Up to 3 months before arrival/start of vacation: Cancellation is free of charge. The reservation deposit will either be fully credited or refunded, less a € 40 processing fee.
For cancellations less than 3 months up to 30 days before the start of the vacation, we charge 50% of the agreed package price for the room.
The cancellation fees are 80% of the agreed arrangement if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the agreed arrival date.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 80% of the booked arrangement.
In case of no-show, 100% (one hundred percent) of the booked arrangement will be charged. "No Show" occurs when a guest has booked but does not arrive on the agreed date and does not cancel.

Parking | Garage spaces
A parking space in the garage is reserved for all categories except the Dolomiten Suite type.
Parking spaces in the garage can be reserved for € 11 per day; however, the number is limited. Further uncovered hotel parking spaces are available free of charge.

Dietary cuisine
Our breakfast selection and our à la carte evening menu as part of the half-board offer a wide range of delicious dishes. We endeavor to take into account allergies (e.g., lactose intolerance, celiac disease) as well as special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan). Please inform us before your arrival so that we can prepare accordingly. In addition, there is the possibility to choose from our extended restaurant menu at lunchtime and in the evening. A corresponding surcharge will be charged for this.

Lunch menu with in-house guest discount
Enjoy a selection of fine, small dishes at lunchtime in our hotel restaurant. As a valued in-house guest, you will receive a 15% discount on all dishes on the lunch menu.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Non-smoking hotel
All suites are non-smoking rooms. Furthermore, the statutory smoking ban in Italy applies throughout the hotel.

Payment
Cash payment up to € 4,999, debit cards, EC cards, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) or in advance by online transfer.

Late check-out
If possible according to the reservation plan, the suite can be kept until 3:00 PM for a surcharge of € 50 per person. This includes the use of the wellness area.
